I realize that seeing the things we see everyday can make us jaded. Our hearts can get calloused by what we hear in the news. We get used to reading what we read in the front page of the dailies. But seeing what I saw this morning on my way to the office gripped my heart again. (click link to read more)

That is true bro. Just outside our village, almost everyday I see kids smoking cigs and inhailing "rugby". The sad part is, people sees this "pattern of this world" as normal. You are right we should never lose our vision for this nation.

i wanna say something that won't sound like a marketing stint for my organisation, but there's no other way to put it:

our vision for every child [should be] life in all its fullness; our prayer for ever heart: the will to make it so.

whether it be through child sponsorship, education or discipleship, let's let the vision live.
